Detailed itinerary

Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, our representative will receive you and transfer you to your hotel. A welcome dinner will be hosted in the evening where you will be briefed about the trek.

Enjoy a full day of sightseeing in Kathmandu, exploring UNESCO World Heritage sites such as Swayambhunath (Monkey Temple), Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhanath Stupa, and Kathmandu Durbar Square. In the afternoon, there will be a final trek briefing and gear check.

Embark on a scenic drive from Kathmandu to Beni, a bustling town at the confluence of the Kali Gandaki and Myagdi Rivers. The journey takes approximately 10 hours via Pokhara, with stunning views of terraced fields, rivers, and traditional villages.

The trek begins with an easy hike along the Myagdi River, passing through lush green hills, farmlands, and scattered settlements before reaching Babiyachaur.

Following the river valley, the trail ascends gently through terraced fields and small villages. Darbang serves as an entry point for the Dhaulagiri region.

Crossing suspension bridges and hiking through terraced hillsides, we reach Sibang, a beautiful village predominantly inhabited by the Magar community.

We ascend through rhododendron and oak forests, passing small settlements before reaching Moreni, located at the foot of the Jaljala Pass.

The trail leads to the Jaljala Pass, offering panoramic views of Dhaulagiri and Churen Himal. A descent through alpine meadows and forests takes us to Gurjaghat.

Hiking through lush forests and open pastures, we reach Rupachaur Kharka, a grazing area for yaks and sheep.

A descent through a rugged trail brings us to Gurja Gaon, a traditional Magar village surrounded by stunning mountain views.

Trekking through dense forests and ridges, we reach Darsinge Kharka, a high-altitude grazing area.

We climb above the treeline, entering a high-altitude zone with striking Himalayan landscapes before arriving at Budzunga Kharka.

A challenging yet rewarding trek leads us to the breathtaking Churen Himal Base Camp, offering up-close views of Churen Himal’s glaciers and towering peaks.

Spend the day exploring the pristine surroundings, photographing stunning mountain vistas, and acclimatizing in this serene high-altitude setting.

We retrace our steps back to Budzunga Kharka, enjoying more spectacular views along the way.

A long descent brings us back to Gurja Gaon, allowing us to interact with the local Magar community.

The trail winds through forests and farmlands before reaching Lumsung, another Magar-dominated village.

We descend further through forested hills, crossing suspension bridges before arriving at Sibang.

Continuing through terraced fields and villages, we return to Babiyachaur.

A short trek back to Beni, where we conclude the trekking portion of our journey.

We take a scenic drive back to Kathmandu, retracing our route via Pokhara.
