Arrive at Gonggar Airport at 13:40 hours and take a scenic drive (96 km) to Lhasa, the spiritual heart of Tibet. Upon arrival, check in at your hotel and enjoy some leisure time for acclimatization to the high altitude. This majestic structure is perched atop a hill, offering panoramic views of Lhasa. Explore its sacred halls, chapels, and vast courtyards, steeped in centuries of Tibetan history.
Later, visit the Jokhang Temple, one of Tibet's most revered spiritual sites. A place of great importance to Tibetan Buddhists, this temple houses the famous Jokhang Buddha statue.
