More Information
The Arun Valley Trek is a hidden gem, offering an off-the-beaten-path adventure between the world's two highest peaks, Mount Everest (8,848m) and Mount Makalu (8,463m). This remote and non-touristic trekking route provides spectacular views of these towering summits and a deep immersion into the culture of Sherpa, Rai, and Limbu communities. As we walk north along the Arun River, the trail winds through lush valleys, dense forests, and high-altitude passes, culminating at Barun La Pass (4,110m) for a breathtaking close-up view of Makalu.
