After check-in, you will receive a detailed briefing about your upcoming activities and have the remainder of the day to relax or explore the vibrant streets of Thamel, a popular tourist hub filled with shops, restaurants, and cultural sights.
After an early breakfast, embark on a fascinating cultural journey through four of Kathmandu’s most iconic heritage sites:
- Swoyambhunath (Monkey Temple): A 2,500-year-old sacred Buddhist site perched atop a hill, offering stunning city views and housing ancient stupas, prayer wheels, and resident monkeys.
- Boudhanath Stupa: The world’s largest stupa and a spiritual center for Tibetan Buddhists, surrounded by prayer flags, monasteries, and vibrant marketplaces.
- Pashupatinath Temple: Nepal’s holiest Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Shiva, located along the Bagmati River, where cremation ceremonies take place in accordance with Hindu traditions.

This is the perfect opportunity for last-minute souvenir shopping in Thamel or relaxing at a cozy café. Optionally, you can book a Nepali cultural dinner show in the evening for a delightful experience of local cuisine and folk performances.
