Detailed itinerary

Your adventure begins as you arrive in Kathmandu, the vibrant capital of Nepal. If the weather is clear, enjoy breathtaking aerial views of the snow-capped Himalayas as you descend into Tribhuvan International Airport. Upon arrival, our representative will greet you and escort you to your designated hotel. After check-in, you will receive a detailed briefing about your upcoming journey. Depending on your arrival time, you can explore the lively streets of Thamel or relax at your hotel, soaking in the excitement of the days ahead.

After an early breakfast, embark on a full-day guided sightseeing tour of Kathmandu’s UNESCO World Heritage Sites. The tour begins with Swoyambhunath Stupa (Monkey Temple), a sacred Buddhist site with stunning views of the city. Next, visit Boudhanath Stupa, one of the largest stupas in the world, surrounded by Tibetan monasteries and colorful prayer flags. Then, head to the sacred Pashupatinath Temple, Nepal’s most revered Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Shiva, where you can witness Hindu rituals along the Bagmati River. The day concludes at Kathmandu Durbar Square, where you can admire the historic architecture, visit the Hanuman Dhoka Palace, and catch a glimpse of the Kumari, Nepal’s living goddess. Return to your hotel for an evening of leisure.

Today, explore two of Kathmandu Valley’s most culturally rich cities. After breakfast, travel to Bhaktapur, known for its well-preserved medieval architecture and vibrant culture. Wander through Bhaktapur Durbar Square and admire landmarks such as the Nyatapola Temple, the Golden Gate, and the 55-Window Palace. Witness traditional pottery-making and explore narrow alleys filled with ancient charm. In the afternoon, visit Patan Durbar Square, famous for its exquisite craftsmanship and rich Newari heritage. Discover the intricately designed Krishna Temple, Mahabouddha Temple, and the Golden Temple before visiting a local handicraft center. Return to your hotel for the evening.

After breakfast, set off on a scenic drive to Chitwan National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and Nepal’s premier wildlife reserve. Upon arrival, receive a warm welcome and a refreshing drink at your jungle lodge or resort. In the afternoon, enjoy a brief orientation and begin your wildlife adventure with an introductory jungle walk or a visit to a local Tharu village. Experience a mesmerizing Tharu cultural dance performance in the evening before dinner at the lodge.

Start your day with a canoe ride along the Rapti River, offering opportunities to spot exotic bird species and crocodiles like the Marsh Mugger and the Gharial. Continue with a guided jungle walk, where you might encounter wildlife such as deer, wild boars, and monkeys. Later, visit the elephant bathing center and learn about elephant conservation efforts. After lunch, embark on an exciting elephant safari into the dense jungle, where you have the chance to see the rare One-Horned Rhinoceros and, if you're lucky, the elusive Royal Bengal Tiger. As the day winds down, enjoy a stunning sunset by the river, followed by dinner and an optional wildlife documentary session.

After an early breakfast, visit the Government Elephant Breeding Center to learn about conservation efforts before departing for Pokhara. The journey takes you through scenic hills, rivers, and small towns. Arriving in Pokhara in the afternoon, check into your hotel and spend your time at leisure. You may stroll around Lakeside, a lively area filled with cafes, shops, and stunning views of Phewa Lake and the Annapurna range.

Explore the natural and cultural wonders of Pokhara. Visit the Bindhyabasini Temple, one of the oldest temples in the valley, followed by the Seti River Gorge, which showcases the force of nature as the river carves through deep canyons. Learn about the region’s culture at the Pokhara Regional Museum before heading to Davis Falls and Gupteshwor Cave, a sacred underground cavern. Visit the Tibetan Refugee Camp to observe local handicrafts before ending the day with a serene boat ride on Phewa Lake to reach Tal Barahi Temple, located on a small island in the lake.

Wake up early and drive to Sarangkot, a popular viewpoint offering breathtaking sunrise views over the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri mountain ranges. After soaking in the panoramic scenery, return to the hotel for breakfast. Later, hike to the World Peace Pagoda, a Buddhist stupa perched on a hilltop, providing spectacular views of Pokhara Valley and the surrounding mountains. Descend to Phewa Lake and enjoy a relaxing boat ride before spending the rest of the afternoon exploring Pokhara at your leisure.

After breakfast, embark on a scenic drive back to Kathmandu. Along the way, enjoy the picturesque landscapes of hills, rivers, and small villages. Upon arrival, check into your hotel and enjoy free time for last-minute shopping, relaxation, or a farewell dinner at a traditional Nepali restaurant.

Your unforgettable journey in Nepal comes to an end today. After breakfast, our team will transfer you to the airport for your onward flight. Depart with cherished memories of Nepal’s cultural heritage, wildlife, and natural beauty. We hope to welcome you again for another incredible adventure!
