Detailed itinerary

Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, our team will welcome you and transfer you to your hotel. In the evening, enjoy a traditional Nepali welcome dinner and a briefing about the climb.

A guided city tour covers UNESCO World Heritage Sites, including Swayambhunath (Monkey Temple), Boudhanath Stupa, Pashupatinath Temple, and Kathmandu Durbar Square. Afterward, we finalize climbing permits and equipment checks.

An early morning scenic flight to Lukla offers breathtaking views of the Himalayas. Upon arrival, we begin our trek, passing through Sherpa villages and lush forests before reaching Phakding, where we stay overnight in a teahouse.

The trail follows the Dudh Koshi River, crossing suspension bridges, including the iconic Hillary Bridge. A steep ascent through pine forests brings us to the vibrant Namche Bazaar, the gateway to Everest.

To adjust to the increasing altitude, we take a short hike to Everest View Hotel (3880m) for panoramic views of Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, and Ama Dablam. The rest of the day is spent exploring Namche’s markets, museums, and local culture.

We leave the main Everest trail and ascend towards Kwangde Base Camp, passing through alpine forests and yak pastures. The climb becomes more demanding as we gain elevation, but we are rewarded with spectacular views.

A crucial day for adjusting to high altitude. We take short hikes around the base camp and practice basic climbing techniques with our guides.

A steep and technical ascent through rocky terrain brings us to High Camp (5200m). We set up camp and rest in preparation for the summit push.

We begin our climb before dawn, navigating snow-covered slopes and technical sections. Upon reaching the summit (6011m), we are rewarded with panoramic views of Everest, Lhotse, Cho Oyu, Makalu, and surrounding peaks. After taking in the breathtaking scenery, we carefully descend to Base Camp.

We retrace our steps, descending through the high-altitude landscapes back to the lively town of Namche Bazaar, where we can enjoy a warm meal and a well-earned rest.

A relatively easy downhill trek through forests and Sherpa villages leads us back to Phakding, where we overnight in a teahouse.

The final leg of our trek takes us back to Lukla, where we celebrate our successful climb with the trekking crew.

We take an early morning flight to Kathmandu and transfer to the hotel. The rest of the day is free for relaxation, sightseeing, or shopping.

A spare day in case of flight delays from Lukla. You can explore Thamel, try local cuisine, or take optional tours.

Our team will transfer you to Tribhuvan International Airport for your onward journey, marking the end of an unforgettable Himalayan adventure.
